How It Works
Step 1: Speak with an Agent
After a quick conversation and your verbal agreement, we’ll schedule a convenient time for you to review and sign the necessary documents to authorize your claim.Step 2: No Upfront Costs
Our firm works on a contingency basis — you pay nothing out of pocket. We are paid only if we successfully recover your funds. If the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing.Step 3: Easy Paperwork Collection
A local notary will meet with you to collect your signed documents, which will then be securely overnighted to our office.Step 4: Claim Processing
Claims are typically processed within 3 to 4 months, depending on the complexity of the case.Step 5: Receive Your Funds
Once your claim is collected, your share — typically 10% to 70% of the recovered amount — will be sent to you within 30 days.
